Replace [itables](https://github.com/mwouts/itables) usages with [qgrid](https://github.com/quantopian/qgrid) as qgrid is more robust, feature-rich, and "bigger". Might encounter [issues](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67033753/is-it-possible-to-use-itables-with-voila-are-there-any-alternatives), but we'll see.
