DistributionEnvelopeTools is a library implementing creation and processing methods for NHS ITK "Distribution Envelope" structures. It handles the ITK cryptography specification and the production of infrastructure ACK and NACK response messages.
API documentation is provided in "Javadoc" form (the project was originally developed using the "Express" edition of Visual Studio, without the help compiler). Doxygen (http://www.doxygen.org) is recommended as a way to extract and format the API documentation.
