This pull request implements Tim Sawyer's http-based node registration in C. A line must be placed in cron or some other scheduling method must be implemented. The program waits for a random period up to 4 minutes in order to facilitate some stratification of node registration. -d may be used as a command line argument to override this. asl.conf and iax.conf must be present and populated for this program to work correctly.
