Forms: review and submit template
The review and submit template is used to allow users to check and confirm their answers before submitting a form.

- For smaller forms use this template after form completion and before users submit the form.
- For larger forms use this template after each section.
- Always display all questions and answers to help reduce the error rate.
- Always allow users the ability to go back and change their answers.
- Spacing is set up using auto-layout, with 24 px between each question and response pair – this spacing can be customized if needed.
- Colours and styles should not be changed.
This template is not included in the Canada.ca Design System. We created the template and added it the DECD Extended Figma.
