Closing, as I just fixed this in the latest data set available at https://github.com/DSpace-Labs/AIP-Files/releases/tag/demo-entities-data

To fix in a local instance, do the following:

• Download/install the updated assetstore.tar.gz file (In this assetstore, all previously missing bitstreams have been either replaced or removed)
• Download/install the new corresponding dspace7-entities-data.sql (required to ensure old missing bitstreams are not still referenced by database)
