[bug] pm clear --cache-only not working

The pm clear --cache-only command does not work. On my device it clears all application data, not just the cache. This is most likely due to the fact that the pm clear command with the --cache-only attribute does not exist.

Upd: I have searched the internet and this command doesn't work for many people, but there are some that do, maybe this command has appeared on newer sdk. Maybe we should add to the commands their mini SDK versions for execution.

Device: Redmi note 9 Pro
Android: 12
SDK: 31
MIUI: 14
REGION: GLOBAL

I have looked into it and the command is only clearing the cache NOT THE DATA. I have tried with several apps but only the cache was cleared.

But on my device, it clears all the app data. I have tried with different apps. Maybe it depends on android version and maybe something else.
