Fix Streamlit app path in readiness test

What changed

• Resolve the repository root from tests/test_repository_readiness.py using Path(__file__).
• Pass the resulting absolute app.py path to AppTest.from_file.

Why

The readiness test passed "app.py" as a relative path. Streamlit resolved that path relative to the test file and attempted to load tests/app.py, causing the GitHub Actions jobs for the Dependabot PRs to fail with FileNotFoundError.

Scope

This changes only the path resolution in the existing Streamlit readiness test. No application behavior or dependencies are modified.

Validation

The branch is one commit ahead of main and modifies only tests/test_repository_readiness.py. GitHub Actions will run the existing Ruff formatting/lint checks and pytest matrix on this PR.
