Utilize metadata: visualization/human readable & data dictionaries

Allow users to access metadata in an intuitive fashion:
1) Data Dictionaries: pull out data attributes, etc and fashion into a summary table. May be called as part of the DRR for data summary as well.
2) Visualize create tables to easily visualize metadata; perhaps populate easy-to read html files or something. See for example https://portal.edirepository.org/nis/metadataPreviewer
