EINs reverse engineered from 990s, i.e. 501s make grants to someone else, give EIN, name, address.Good way to grab universities. etc.
In general, zip code and name is enough to match most of these, and zip code, and PO Box for the win. See code in datarepublican/990tools for hints, but the basic heuristic I'm using is I count the number of matching words in the name, and its more than 50%, it probably matches.
Warning, some of the EINs may be bogus. eg: 000000001
