Duplicate entries appearing on some tables after a search

Duplicate entries appear on some tables after you search. This appears to be due to the use of joins.

To replicate:

• find a plan that has multiple contributors
• Then login as an Admin
• Go to the 'Plans' page via the admin menu
• Search for the title of the plan you found
• You will see multiple entries in the search results for the same plan
