Expected behaviour:

"Data Manager", "Principal Investigator", "Project Administrator", and "Other" fields to be translatable, visible in the translation.io website for translation.

Actual behaviour:

"Data Manager", "Principal Investigator", "Project Administrator", and "Other" fields are not translatable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to My Dashboard
2. Click on any plan's name to open edit view.
3. Navigate to the contributors tab.
4. Click to "Add a Contributor"
5. Role fields' language doesn't change when the language has been changed.
