Bug with the 1 click plan creation process

I found this bug when trying to utilize the new 1 click plan creation feature.

Clicking the "Create New Plan" link on a specific funder the user gets a 500 error.

Clicking the "Copy Link to Create new plan" and then opening this URL the user also gets a 500 error.

The error appears to be due to the way the org and funder id params are passed in
