  • Preparation step to go open source.
  • Added job that checks the license validity status

Note: There is still the Geom_Splitter tool in the code using a LGPL license. We should get rid of it since it is inside the OCCT code anyhow.

Thanks @rainman110! @AntonReiswich discussed the roadmap yesterday. We decided to postpone this to the start of 2025:

  • quickly finish up the last features we need for the paraDiGMS Use Cases until the end of 2024
  • Move this to a private Github Repo under the DLR-SC organization
  • Merge this, cleanup
  • Setup CI
  • Make it OpenSource

After the kickoff next week, this will be the next work package for us to tackle. So work at this will start next week. Will see how much time this will exactly take.
