Get Queue

I'm trying to troubleshoot this now, but I found an issue with the logic for calculating queue. At least when using Chromecast devices, pulling the speaker data, any music that's already been played counts in the item count, and there's a queue position that you have to subtract to get the remaining queue count. Can't get it working right. Anyone else experience this and get it working?

Aside from that, DUDE, nice job! This thing is freaking sweet!
