The HACKnight applies the Hack Code of Conduct - why doesn't the conference have one, too? Or if it does, it should be more visible! Like, on every page of the website.

Furthermore, I would suggest a workshop devoted to the topic (as we once did for OKCon) followed up with outreach to groups/organizations/hochschulen whose communities identify as under-represented in science and computing and offering them free tickets or other representation.

Because the DI in DINAcon should really stand for "DIversität".
