Renumber chapters in Stata -- move WASH to CHAP16 #21
Description
Stata needs a directory for CHAP16_WS for all WASH indicators.
Additionally, the current Stata code does not include 2 new DHS8 indicators for management of children's stools. These must be added and added to the tables script.
