Visualize skill gains

I really liked looking at how a dwarf's skill grows as they perform certain job using Dwarf Therapist. It would be insanely satisfying to see those numbers themselves or some kind of progress bar in game. Maybe it's something DFHack can do? ping u/myk002

Thoughts:

• gui/unit-info-viewer could display those progress bars. Note that there will be a lot of them so we might want to filter or put them on a separate tab and enable search.

• little notification tooltips could appear over a unit on the map in realtime for a few seconds when they gain experience, or maybe just when they gain a level

would an aura explosion when a skill is increased be too ostentatious? Maybe scaled to the magnitude of the level. Unskilled -> dabbling would be a single tile blink on top of the unit. Legendary+5 would result in expanding concentric circles of glowing aura...
