Remove direct repository calls #7
Description
Some services directly call repositories that do not belong to them. Refactor the code to remove them
- DebaterService - tournament repository
- InstitutionService - debater repository
- JudgeService - tournament repository
- StatisticsService - ballotRepository, judgeRepository, debateRepository, debaterRepository;
