When creating a new filter, analysis tab selects the first filter

When the analysis tab is open and the user creates a new filter, the analysis tab should show the new filter settings and not jump back to the first filter.

This should probably only happen when QuickView is not active (or it needs to be documented whether QuickView takes precedence to determine which filter is shown in AnalysisView).
