DARTS (Drone Autonomous Research and Technology for Swarms) Initiative was founded to create an open-access ecosystem for the development of advanced technologies, specifically aimed at empowering drone fleets with Swarm Intelligence.

The project emerges at a critical time when swarm technology is highly fragmented, predominantly proprietary, and lacks tangible progress accessible to those outside of major corporate environments. The DARTS Initiative aims to bridge this gap by providing high-value resources to:

Historically, the aerospace industry has been characterized by closed-door knowledge sharing. The drone revolution has finally allowed individuals and small startups to enter the market, and DARTS Initiative exists to accelerate this momentum, ensuring that the next generation of breakthroughs remains democratized and accessible to all.

The project is currently in its very early stages. In the coming weeks, we will officially publish the Manifesto and Core Objectives, followed by a detailed Development Roadmap outlining our milestones for the upcoming months.
