BioscaraPanel: Investigate Possibilities to restart ros2_control node from GUI to recover from 'finalized' state #35
Description
If the hardware is in the FINALIZED state it can not be recovered. Give the user the option to restart the ros2_control node from the GUI to recover from this state.
