Three one-line fixes, each breaking a fresh Linux install independently.

  • Extractor — obj/ does not exist in a fresh clone, so the writability probe fell back to /tmp while dotnet run --no-build still resolved bin/. Every first run crashed with Win32Exception (2).
  • Store paths — sqlite stores used a relative data/, so any launcher started outside the repo (desktop entry, menu shortcut) created a second, empty set of databases.
  • Loot pricing — city is free text in the loot tab, quotes come back title-cased; a lowercase entry matched nothing and priced 0 items.

Kept as three separate commits so any one can be dropped independently.

Tested on Ubuntu 24.04, .NET 8.0.130. Full suite passes (464 passed, 47 skipped).

A fresh clone has no obj/, so the probe fell back to /tmp while
`dotnet run --no-build` still resolved the default bin/ path.
Relative "data/" paths made launchers started outside the repo
(desktop entry, menu shortcut) create a second empty set of databases.
Quotes come back from the API title-cased, while the city is free text
in the loot tab, so a lowercase entry priced nothing.
