Merging in the current forcedCrippling status. Reference Issue #71 .

Adds new ForcedCrippling class, which can be reused for MinorFrames, Covers, and Longerons.

Consolidates some code so we avoid copy/paste errors.
Created a sample script for checking against textbook examples.

Corrected a couple errors and uncommented some of the expressions.

Added an initial test to make sure my inputs are all there.
This class really needs a complete overhaul and refactor. Leaving this for now....
Refactored the ForcedCrippling class to have most geometry provided up-front as instance variables.

Expanded the Bruhn checks. Serious discrepancies here, but I don't have time to dig in. Still need to get the ForcedCrippling class functional in flow, before I can dial in the accuracy.
Create the initial method to utilize new ForcedCrippling class.
Completed the iterate thickness method to compartmentalize code.

Added more information in the example check.
