5.1.0 seems to broken, and a known problem.
Release workflow does not use pipx, since we don't have a matrix of jobs, we just use pip in the VM and throw the whole thing away.

Fixing the labeler by downgrading to the last functional version. Getting the
e.replaceerror. This appears to be a know bug in version 5.1.0.Also correcting the Releases workflow to just use pip instead of pipx, as everything else is just in the single base environment.
