• mcp doctor: find_registration reads JSON and mcpServers only, so codex/opencode/continue registrations are reported as absent and never probed

• doctor: a shell path expression (${VAR:-default}) is reported stale on every machine, so a clean clone exits REQUIRES_REPAIR

• cli: continuum daemon crashes on every invocation with AttributeError (storage is None); --detach is POSIX-only

• benchmark: the headline "0 duplicate work / 0 duplicate side effects vs naive replay" comparison is never measured — the metrics are hardcoded to zero

• main is red: today's merges left main unable to import (unclosed docstring, undefined names, renamed methods)
