[TRA-1723] Improve Gitignore Performance (toptal#540)

* Move assets to source and let webpack manage it * Add missing alt for lightning image * Compress gitignore-logo images * Make proper use of srcset and preloading * Prevent layout shift using predefined line-height * empty ALT tag
