(v1.3.2) Added details to configuration file

Tweaked the comments in the config.yml to provide more helpful
information.

As of now, the plugin has been tested to work on a Spigot Minecraft
server. If you find any problems, report them on BukkitDev.

As of this commit, the plugin is now v1.3.2.
