Describe the bug
When entering /** at the non-first line position of an empty file, if tab completion or pressing Enter selects the prompt, it will directly report an error indicating that the jsdoc generation failed.

That's weird, because if I try to replicate, I just get a JSDoc with the @file tag.
Anyway, creating an empty JSDoc wouldn't be the expected behavior. This plugin is supposed to create JSDoc for valid TypeScript nodes, so when there is no node the JSDoc generation must fail.

No, no, no. If you run it on the first line of an empty file, you will get your reproducible results. If you run it on any line other than the first one, it will directly report a generation error.
