When using custom tags, support snippet placeholders on values other than `*`

I have to manually move my cursor to the "placeholder" values for custom tags went they are inserted.

Describe the solution you'd like
When Placeholder description. is inserted, it's highlighted by default enabling you to start typing and replace that entry. I would like the ability to "tab" and cycle through highlighting custom tags which have placeholder values inserted alongside Description.

I've added @example as a custom tag, and would love being able to "tab" to it after filling out description.

EDIT: I read through the code and see you are doing that if the value is *. So I would change my request to support "any placeholder value" other than *.
