how do i download a rat??

I can see the files on github but i cant like download the ratting software i can only download raw which i dont what a .004 file is but it wont let me open the ratting software am i just dumb or is it not possible??

Take this however you want but I think if you don't know how to get the executable I would advise not to play around with these.

You need to extract the .zip in the desired folder of the ratting software you want, the .004 isnt what you should just be seeing there should be a .zip file in the archive .zip.
