Source-pinned opt-in adapter preserves full decompressed native-byte binding and every predecessor owner/profile/moment check. Adds only research/pr626-native-payload-binding; no new kappa or selected frontier change. Reproduce: python3 -I -B research/pr626-native-payload-binding/verify.py 38 controls, identical complete owner receipts, source pins, local timing evidence and inherited scope are included. Assignment seed 88. Prepared for @MrPink604 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, Apache-2.0.

Tooling improvement; no new kappa. Fixes gzip-metadata-only false rejections in PR626's independent owner checker. All 38 controls pass with identical complete owner and exact-moment receipts.
