Conditional κ = 0.001347744550711765, 269548910142353 / 2 * 10^17, above PR 450 (e36181b4) by 299693 / 10^17.

Summary

  • Reprices the binding bit moment of PR 450. The bit histogram, live width, complex root, bootstrap and six-level balanced assembly stay as published there.
  • The source theorem in notes/three-stage-cover-bit.tex charges each bad edge at most (2 m^3 / 2^80) * (6 N (N - 1) + 3 N + 6 (N - 1)) rank-one children with N = 2 m. At m = 78 that is strictly below the round 10^-16 * 32 m^2 envelope that PR 450's engine still applies. PR 461 made this observation on PR 458's word. This applies it to the current leader.
  • Replaying PR 450's histogram with the inherited envelope through the five-stage-gen4-banks engines on main, byte-identical to the engines PR 450 pins, reproduces its published pair. The sharp charge gives bit root 1349563417453477963841 / 10^24 and the kappa above. The assembly remains bit-bound with 6.5183 percent of complex slack.
  • Both moment engines certify the new root and reject the next 10^-24 point. All 47 outer inequalities hold, the next 10^-18 grid point is rejected, and the zero-eta, zero-beta, unit-beta and tampered-histogram controls are rejected.
  • No residual is split across families. No new admission is made: the envelope's conditional portability to the eleven-stage cover is exactly PR 450's.

Test plan

  • python3 -B research/e8-eleven-stage-sharp-charge/prove.py prints PASS and the kappa above
  • The cited complex root from PR 450 stays strictly above (1 - 10^-18) times the new bit root
  • The diff adds one directory and touches no engine or parent package

Credits. The word and the engines are @DreamingOfClouds's (PR 450). The sharp charge, as read from the source theorem, is @Srikrishnabalaji's (PR 461). The three-stage cover note that proves it is @icekylinx's.

The lineage under the word is @chafreaky's R740 word and checkers (PR 443, PR 445), @higherbeing's cross-copy hosting (PR 448), @DaysSky's idle-axis hosting (PR 442), @jacklightChen's compressed geometry and @eumemic's engine work.

Applies the source theorem's bad-edge charge (2 m^3 / 2^80) * (6 N (N - 1) + 3 N + 6 (N - 1)),
N = 2 m, in place of the inherited 10^-16 * 32 m^2 envelope in the bit moment of PR 450's
eleven-stage cross-copy histogram. Histogram, complex root, bootstrap and outer assembly unchanged.

Closing this. The reviewed frontier is now PR 799 at kappa = 0.001661634653669567, and this claim at 0.001347744550711765 is well behind it on a line of work that has been superseded.

Two corrections for the record. The summary line "No residual is split across families" describes the charge introduced here, not the word underneath it: PR 450's word splits 1,807 of its 8,140 hosted residuals across two data families, and that split is the interface PR 451 disputes. This claim therefore inherited PR 450's caveat and should have said so.

The sharp bad-class charge itself is unaffected by that dispute. It reads the envelope from the source theorem rather than the inherited constant, and it composes with any word that uses the same bit moment. Credit for it is @Srikrishnabalaji's in PR 461, with @icekylinx's three-stage cover note behind it.
