PR #4335 checks the moment/majorant of #4326's transcribed histogram and explicitly asks for a separate reconstruction from its word. This package closes that narrow binding gap for #4326 head 080f8c218d64c6d231ed6297987e39b7a912a4ef.

Fresh code derives all 2,899 MOVE ranks and containment over Q plus nine rank-seven COPY charges from the actual 658-role word. It checks both complete 21,988-record frame traces, then derives the owner supports, inactive windows and idle complements for all 288 calls / 125,568 helper occurrences. The result agrees with 900,416 queries, rank mass 1,808,352, DATA stock 28,416, with nine separate private families excluded from DATA credit. A separate Fraction implementation checks all 636 frame ranks and 2,384 distinct MOVE union-rank containments.

Validation: two registered isolated Python3.12 replays (normal and optimized, warnings as errors), complete typed regenerated payload equality, five semantic controls plus three stored-evidence controls, 17 exact retained input pins, original commit/tree provenance and Git-free cold committed exports. No producer executable is imported or run.

This is a finite Q-frame / literal owner invoice audit. Numeric COPY/ERASE equality, SOURCE/operator action, odd-characteristic projector admission, fixed physical tapes, complete cleanup, precision, arbitrary-stock padding and the multiplication outer join remain inherited or UNKNOWN. No new κ or selected-frontier change.
