PR3031's five-line box-floor proof lacked an independent audit. This package checks its finite premise with two new raw-coordinate algorithms and replaces the anchor screen and six million-scale zero-arc scans with an explicit two-bit witness. It credits PR3105's existing seven triple orbits and makes their arbitrary-size consequence explicit: with three totals, nonzero diagonal and tau >= 1 everywhere, box >= 3 for every v >= 4. A rational four-line example, obtained by duplicating a line of the credited PR2978 core, attains three.
The independent algorithms agree on all 9,139 raw triples and recover the same 33 exceptional five-line families; one also checks all 749,398 five-multisets without pruning. CPython 3.12.15 registered replay passes under isolated, optimized, warnings-as-errors execution, including 13 control groups and 1,980 missing-arc witness cases. The package also records the earlierb0186c6b7submission checkpoint; the later archive-only update was read and the registered replay rerun. This is a scoped algebraic proof audit. It does not establish the six-line threshold, a physical implementation, supplier admission or a new kappa. The selected result and frozen predecessor bytes are unchanged.
