Independently audit the literal PR3042 restore edits at 84cc406ad91ec53fff329a11a445d7effe564a77, without importing predecessor code.

The combined saving remains correct: -12 H1 + 6 H2 per call. Exact rational substitution preserves arbitrary dirty state; a separate finite-set frame implementation checks both providers, ordered widths, cleanup and all 91 private buffers. Replacing the local profiles reconstructs the complete T74 bill, conditional on unchanged baseline geometry. This is new independent coverage and a source-description correction, not a new kappa.

Evidence

• Before: the inspected public description assigns three skips to each block. After: isolated literal edits produce -8 H1 + 4 H2 and -4 H1 + 2 H2; both full restore matrices agree over the rationals. The relevant description quotes are retained with their observation time.
• Both providers' complete frame itineraries pass. The full delta is -7992 H1 + 3996 H2, with unchanged rank mass 4,816,512 and charged stock 66,813.
• Registered replay, 13 behavioral groups and semantic failure controls pass. Normal/optimized Python 3.12 and Python 3.13 receipts match. Warnings-as-errors, strict Ruff checks, source compilation and all 26 committed package/input byte comparisons pass locally.
