CLAIM — Recursive interfaces; OS-random assignment seed 58.

Base: 410026dc5513b87db92ae98571d1d5984c69a983. Exact question: can a faithful two-dimensional, nonmonomial S3 output representation carry noncommuting six-row regular workspace drift through fixed child calls, with every correction and both directions of a source-only dirty echo charged?

Domain/method: the standard integer representation generated by s=[[0,1],[1,0]] and t=[[-1,0],[-1,1]], all intertwiners from the regular six-row action, a six-state boundary recurrence, and literal signed ADD/NEG words. Seed 58 fixes one eight-child fixture. Exhaust small schedules, independently replay every dirty basis column, and test chronological order, admission, restoration and inverse failures. Stop after this bounded interface and its evidence; no supplier search or new kappa claim. Expected package: research/s3-standard-output-transport/.

Three candidates considered: more cyclic persistence (close PR1391/1410 overlap); another connector operation (active two-root/DUO work); faithful vector-valued noncommuting transport (chosen). Distinct from Discussion1381's active one-row sign-character S3 construction: the output representation here is faithful and noncommuting, with nonmonomial elementary output operations and no character kernel. PR1287 supplies the cyclic output-frame predecessor; PR1227 supplies the sign-frame mechanism. General output transport is predecessor credit, not a priority claim. No predecessor implementation is imported.

The completed overlap snapshot covered 823 open PRs and 159 Discussion records with complete pagination (01:03–01:04 UTC), plus local notes and the review ledger. Exact predecessor heads and limits will be retained. Selected PR1094 remains context only.
