Summary

Conditional κ = 0.001676070884699375. Replaces the three early gates of the pivot-531 cold kernel (output-target donors 115/179 and partner 507) with an exact helper-donor kernel (donors 636 and 351 at frame [30]), found by an exact backward output-sensitivity relation search and kept legal by the unchanged k8 frame model, with one exact tail-gate endpoint correction (351 += 531) in the refactored cleanup. Local paid profile changes by H1 -3, H3 +1 per call in both providers (widths, ports, centres, owners and dispatch unchanged). Both provider words pass fresh native replay; the plan/SPEC are re-bound and re-frozen through the unchanged discovery path, and strict admission gives kappa 0.001676070884699375 (+2.612e-7 over PR1218).

Verification

Fresh checkout of 336d0ee3ea8026f9388ccafee91c923a434d0328. Manifest: ff3c8dbdcd41659c89c49284234cf806174651a79add182eee826fbdab5bc94d.
PASS package manifest: 95 files

Fresh native replays of both provider words (phases step edge-parallel, byte-identical output; with --native-cache a word whose hash-checked completed replay is cached reuses it), then the package's own verify.py (literal words, independent local audit, fusion/X54 controls, leaver premise, literal construct, strict global admission): PASS_GLOBAL_MIXED_X54_FUSIONS_NATIVE_AND_STRICT_ADMISSION 0.001676070884699375

Full package-owned verification passed in 183.61 seconds. The fresh receipt binds the exact package manifest and score.

See research/global-mixed-x54-fusions-k531/README.md for reproduction commands and proof qualifications.

100-PR batch review at 336d0ee3ea8026f9388ccafee91c923a434d0328.

This remains open after scoped triage. Next review step: Supplier-family review pending: bind native local replay, physical owners and complete admission; reconcile overlapping historical package versions.

This is a specific continuation point, not a rejection or a request to redo already recorded checks. Completed local evidence is retained separately from outstanding whole-head obligations.

Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution.

…no new kappa)

Exhaustive census of the #1274/#1297 two-shock helper-donor kernel family
(both restoration rules) and of exact early-read re-timings over all 306
early-read helper pivots of the local words shared by #1297, #1305 and
#1324, priced with the #1186 exact frame harness: no gain in 61 + 292
relation candidates and 803 re-timings per word. A positive control
reproduces #1297's 5+5 hooks for pivots 555/567 at the realized -11707.
#1305's idle selection equals the exact optimum of its admitted donor-star
class in all 3,687 groups (superseded by #1324's larger swap class).

verify.py (standard library) replays the censuses exactly, binds every
priced record to a census match, recounts the evidence and rejects four
failure controls; regenerate.py reproduces all 16 evidence files
byte-for-byte with the toolkit.
