Change and mathematical scope

Research consolidation (credit and provenance). No new κ, construction, ledger or disposition change.

Main retains open PR #1015's work verbatim, but no ledger row, CONTRIBUTORS entry or retained notice records it. This corrects an omission in my own merged #1062, which copied the file.

• research/r439-bsection-stars-seed01/inputs/PR1015-CANDIDATE.json, merged with Finite bit construction: phase-B block programs on the R439 helper-star D, 11,783 -> 11,500 ADDs (no new kappa) #1062, has git blob 16532f2d. That is identical to research/r439-bsection-multwrite/CANDIDATE.json at Finite bit construction: multi-write shear programs for all ten R439 phase-B blocks (24,305 -> 24,053 ADDs, no new kappa) #1015's open head 7588c797.
• Its nine phase-B block programs supply 244 of Finite bit construction: phase-B block programs on the R439 helper-star D, 11,783 -> 11,500 ADDs (no new kappa) #1062's 283 saved ADDs (11,783 → 11,500). Finite bit construction: R439 frame520 uses 29 ADDs, four fewer complete ADDs than PR844 (no new kappa) #923's frame 520 supplies 24 and the rerun star pass 15, recomputed from Finite bit construction: phase-B block programs on the R439 helper-star D, 11,783 -> 11,500 ADDs (no new kappa) #1062's CERTIFICATE.json.
• Gaps at base:

The change has two parts:

• research/r439-pr1015-retention-seed95/ contains RECEIPT.json, README.md, verify.py and NOTICE-PR1015.md. The last is Finite bit construction: multi-write shear programs for all ten R439 phase-B blocks (24,305 -> 24,053 ADDs, no new kappa) #1015's NOTICE byte for byte (blob 727d5b58).
• CONTRIBUTORS.md gets one line in the batch Tooling: accelerate exact frame-pair enumeration with unchanged D/E/H checks #1099 section crediting Aaron Wang / navinor for Finite bit construction: multi-write shear programs for all ten R439 phase-B blocks (24,305 -> 24,053 ADDs, no new kappa) #1015, following the Tooling: cross-platform byte/codec reproducibility of the make verify surface (no new kappa) #946 "credited as pending integration" precedent.

Ledger and disposition updates are left to maintainers, and #1015 stays open for its own review. κ is unaffected: the selected #1094 uses the PR589 bit word, and the bit side does not bind.

• The script recomputes both git blob ids, the per-source saving split, and the presence of the credit line.
• The missing ledger row is asserted only while the ledger is still the base blob; after a maintainer update the script reports the new state instead of failing.
• Two negative controls must fail: a block misattributed to PR923, and a one-byte change to the retained file.
• Not run: the reviewer notes on Finite bit construction: compose R439 A/B/star D to 10,652 ADDs #1122 and Research: exact 3->2 z-program rewrites of the PR589 word, 24,305 -> 23,495 ADDs (no new kappa) #1127 come from their packages at the stated heads and are not checked by the script. No native replay is needed, because no artifact changes.
