Players hanging onto chain conveyor, they fall on the server-side, causing some interactions

Description

When player even a few blocks above pressure plate, they get occasionally pressed, player probably falls on/though them server-side (does not happen when attaching from flying in creative mode)

Also tested with string, redstone ore block and cactus (player gets hurt and then teleports onto the cactus).

Happens slightly less frequently the higher the gap, but it happened consistently enough with the chain being whole 6 blocks below chain conveyor:
