Idea: allow linking to specific background animation #97

Open

Description

@hamoid

Maybe with something like: https://creativecode.berlin/#3

to show the 4th project.

But then we should never change the order nor delete entries (otherwise external links may land on unexpected entries). Then to delete an entry we should clear it, and cleared entries should be skipped when reloading.

    One way to fix that is to add slugs to, or search by author

    To avoid adding any new fields, we could do

    https://creativecode.berlin?findUrl=adoring-saha

    and it would find

    {
        "url": "https://adoring-saha-7bbd3b.netlify.app/",
        "author": "Stef Tervelde",
        "author_url": "https://steftervel.de",
        "color": "black",
        "scale": "1",
      },

    Or also https://creativecode.berlin?findAuthor=action to find the effects by action-io.

    How does that sound like?

    If there's only that approach (author=), you couldn't link to a specific one when a user has more than one in the list. I think only the URL contains unique IDs... (for instance from ShaderToy). Do you mean having both methods? (author, and findUrl) Or something else?
