Updated SDK versions and replaced jar dependencies with androidx.browser.
Added permission handling for external storage, audio recording, and contacts in JSInterface.
Remove AndroidX and Jetifier settings from Gradle wrapper properties.
Updated target SDK version from 27 to 28.
Added a new provider for Conscrypt and updated its usage in the MainActivity class.
Removed Conscrypt dependency and related code from OkClients.
