Hyperlinks aren't working in PyPi documentation page

From the PyPi project page for SmartSim 0.6.1 (congrats on the release, btw!), I tried clicking on the ToC links and found that they're not working.

Seems to be just the ToC links internal to the docs -- links to the CrayLabs doc page are working fine

Thanks! Solution discussed is to take docs off of PYPI and only host on craylabs.org.
