Summary and Scope

This is related to the CASMPET-6799 where is SBPS marshal agent is added to cray-spire. With this regard the cray-spire chart had been upgraded from 1.5.6 -> 1.5.7. So this had to be updated in the manifest file so that appropriate version of the chart gets installed.

There is now a conflict on this, the upstream is now 1.6.2.
