Upgraded base image to bookworm from bullseye to counter vulnerabilites and adapt to debian 12
Upgraded base image to Iron from hydrogen to use node version 20
Made some changes to package to support installation of debian 12 (libssl1.1 to libssl3 & removed python2 as its deprecated)
