Take over a deployment?

How can I take over the Seattle and King County deployments to keep them running?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out!

You are the first to ask about taking over a deployment so we don't really have a process in place. But I would love to see the Seattle and King County instances continue so please bare with us.

I think the major things would be:

1. Adding you as a collaborator to the appropriate GitHub repositories / the CDP GitHub organization.
2. Giving you access to Google Cloud projects + Firebase projects for the Seattle and King County data.
3. Transferring billing of the Seattle and King County infrastructures in Google Cloud to your own billing account.

For the sake of ensuring the data stays in the same place, I am not sure if we would want to transfer the whole workspace over to your GCloud account but honestly, I am not sure.

We will figure it out as we go though!

Before I do any/all of those things I would love to meet and chat with you just to make sure I know the instances are in good hands. Zoom is fine but from your GitHub profile I see you work at Tableau so if you are ever in the Fremont office and have time to chat in-person, that is also an option as I live in Fremont haha.
