unless you have a default, all subspecs are included. you can’t just have a blank one either, so I put the core in there.

This moves core functionality into a core subspec (you have to have a non-empty default subspec)
Camera and Photo functionality move to their own subspec
Obviously this will need an update to the wiki installation page
