Reason - cosmwasm.com documentation is not the best in terms of describing API. It is better to keep link on crates.io pointing to an auto-generated one. For std or similar packages, we might add a link to cosmwasm.com in README, but for now, there is no good description of multitest or storage-plus, so there is no package benefitting from this doc in this repo.
