No "Prompt to Continue" in Comixology Settings?

Apologies if I'm just reading this wrong, but the Comixology settings don't seem to have this option, just various "Guided View" settings.

Looks like they removed this option recently. The extension is not affected by this though.

I'll change the setup instructions accordingly in the next update.
