Display Info doesn't list PVs from Template/Instance widgets #3696
Description
When using the Template/Instance widget, PVs defined in the widget don't appear in the Display Info PV list.
The following display contains an Embedded Display widget with a sim://sine PV, and a Template/Instance widget a sim://strings PV.
When executing this display and then right-clicking to view display information, only the PV from the Embedded Display widget appears in the PV list. The PV from the Template/Instance widget is missing.
No corresponding message appears in the error log.
Tested using Phoebus built from commit 0955d01.
