Databrowser time selection for long time periods

Open a blank databrowser plot. Enter a (relative) time interval of more than 31 days (eg. 4 months) in as the start time in the Start/End time dialog. I set the start time by entering 4 in the Months field and see '-4 months 0.0 seconds' displayed below.

I hit "OK", then re-open the Start/End time dialog and find that the displayed start time is '-123 days 0.0 seconds', the Months field is 0, and the Days field shows 31 (the upper limit).

I see this with css-nsls2 versions 3.1.6 and 3.2.9.

What may be related:
When incrementing the relative start time from 1 day ago, two days ago, ..., i.e. Going from -1 to -2, -3, ..., eventually it turns into +1, +2, ...

Reason: The data browser model only tracks the end time, and the time span of the plot in seconds, since that was sufficient to configure the plot. When you enter "4 month", you see ~4 month. When you save and later load the *.plt again, you still see ~4 month, but internally that's kept as 122 days.
This mostly "works", but has at least 2 shortcomings:
You never see exactly "4 month", it's not going back 4 month, 122 days, regardless of the specific months covered by that time range having 28, 29, 30, 31 days.
When trying to edit that time range, you see "-122 days" in the dialog, but the individual gui elements for day, month, ... may be stuck at 31 days, not allowing 122 days in the GUI.

On the branch bug136_timerange, the basic functionality should be fixed: Enter "-4 month", and that's saved in the *.plt file, reloaded, displayed in the start/end time GUI
